MOSAiC Monday: September 23, 2019

Welcome to MOSAiC Monday!

Each week, we'll provide you with short engagements to connect your classroom to the MOSAiC expedition.

This week, track the Polarstern as it begins its journey, take a 3D tour of the icebreaker, and submit your questions to MOSAiC scientists.

An Epic Journey Begins

The MOSAiC expedition has launched

On Friday, September 20, more than 100 experts boarded the Polarstern and are currently en route north into the Arctic. Watch a recording of the launch livestream on the CIRES Facebook page.
