How can we use MOSAiC to inspire the public and build interest and enthusiasm for science, in general and the Arctic, specifically?

What are you most excited about the expedition?

I have not spend extended periods of time on a ship and will be curious to see what challenges that brings. It will be an interesting challenge to be without internet for six weeks - for my work I usually use internet constantly and it will be different to be away from that.

What do you love most about the Arctic?

I love the light—the low angle sun creates such a unique light.
