I am part of the CIRES Education & Outreach program. I will be developing curriculum for teachers and students related to the MOSAiC expedition and science.

What are you most excited about the expedition?

I am excited to be able to bring the expedition into classrooms. I want kids and young people to see firsthand how exciting, adventurous, and uncertain scientific exploration can be. I hope they are able to see themselves as potential future scientists.

What do you love most about the Arctic?

I love how beautifully stark, extreme, and unfamiliar it is to me.
